Assumption of Risk: Participation in classes may involve physical activity and inherent risks, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, illness, or property damage, as highlighted by the landlord and Sakya Community Service Center. These risks are voluntarily accepted, and full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur is assumed.
Release of Liability: Sakya Community Center, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates are released and held harmless from all claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, loss, or damage arising from class participation.
Photography/Media Release: Students at Sakya Community Service Center give permission to use their photographs or videos of participation in classes for promotional purposes, without compensation. This waiver has been read and understood, and its terms are agreed to.
